I looked for many websites, and I just put one of them. The universe is a very abstract theory, and even the scientists know it very few.

The scientists believe our universe begins by a "big bang", and it is 13.73±0.12 billion years old. It is composed by the space and time, and includes all kind of matter and energy. It is the expanding space as we know. Its definition is everything that existed before, exists now and will exist. We are in the galaxy Milky Way, and there are maybe more than 100billion galaxies in the universe. Small galaxy includes 10 million stars, and the giant one includes one trillion stars!

The scientists also discuss that universe has a limit or infinite. However, we can't see the whole universe. It concerns about the general relati, and that is another complicated theory.

At last, I put a picture of galaxy. This is our universe. Isn't it beautiful?

This website is about Michaelangelo's life. He borned on March 6, 1475 and died in 1564. When he's thirteen years old, he became an apprentice of the painter, Domenico Ghirlandaio. However, he discovered that he love to sculp than painting. He studied sculpture with Bertoldo Di Giovanni in the Medici's school. He finished the "Pieta" in 1498, and then he began to sculp the "David". He made the David as a ideal man. From 1508 to 1512, Michaelangelo worked on Sistine Chapelin for the pope. He did the greatest fresco in the world.

This is Michaelangelo's "Doni Madonna", painted in about 1507.

It includes some techniques that Michaelangelo often used before. In my opinion, his paintings were more 3D than other ones. He used perspective well, and he didn't copy the traditional style. He more used his heart to feel about what's this painting should be. Therefore, the figures have soul in it and the stories does this art's inclusion. The emotion, you can clearly feel it.

Duerer's paintings

This painting is "Adoration of the Trinity", it was painted in 1511.

The Jesus is the center of this piece, and it shows more balance. The colors are harmonious, so I like it. There's some symbols in this painting. The pigeon is above the Father. It means "hope" and "peace", and there is some light around the pigeon. It can make that pigeon stands out.

Adoration of the Magi, in 1504~1505.

The man in the center is Duerer, he used his appearance to draw this man. The figures mix harmonically with the background. This is the characteristic of Duerer's art, he always use the color with balance. There are some exquisite arches in the piece, and it becomes a space. It also make the figures stand out. The perspective had used in this painting, so it shows Duerer's skills.

4/3 Saturday 9:30 I went to Savant, and my father drove my classmates and me to Taipei to see the show of Da Vinci.

In the exhibit, it includes many of Da Vinci inventions' model. There are two real notes, the others are someone fabricate them. I pretty like the flying machine, the model of helicopter is similar than the modern one. It needs to put the tail on it, so it can fly more steadily. I also like the clock, it designed well. The clock worked by the gear wheels. Da Vinci not only invented war machines, new painting skills, but also invented some daily use. He was a characteristic "Renaissance man".

This website is about Leonardo's inventions. There are war machines, flights, hydraulic, and bridge. Some inventions built by someone, like the bridge. The most invention that make me interested is the flight, because Da Vinci made the wings like the bat. Also, there was a helicopter

This is a cannon, and it is a terrible war machine. It can threw stones like a storm with smoke, and it will cause a great terror. It was built by the British Army, but it didn't work. It coudn't fire successfully. I think if the gunpowder invented at that time, Leonardo's invention will work. This is really amazing that a man can draw the machine which people invented after hundreds of years.

Renaissance harmony and beauty

This painting is "The last judgement" by Michelangelo in 1536-41.

There's a great balance in this painting. You can see the left side is people who go to heaven, and the right side is down to the inferno. This two scene against each other, but it makes this painting more harmonious. Jesus is the center in it, he sits in middle of the top. This great design makes Jesus seems more powerful, and this piece becomes beautiful.

The Virgin and Chancellor Rolin--was painted in 1435 by Jan Van Eyck.

I find a great beauty in this painting. If I draw a line in middle, there's a window right on it. It shows a symmetrical balance. There's a cool design: The figures are larger in the forground, it makes the figures stand out. It may destroy the harmony, but shows the balance.

This is website about the Brancacci chapel, I took some painting in there. There are many great painting. The Brancacci chapel is in Florence, sometimes can also called Sistine Chapel. I choose this painting because the color makes me focus on the yellow clothes, I reckon he's God or other important person. The normal people dress on brown colthes, but God dress yellow. Also, the other story like a man cuts ear, the color is bright these are all Giotto's style.

This piece is "David", by Michelangelo. I choose it because it carved very exquisite, you can see some muscle's line is almost perfect. The body's beauty is all rise. This statue makes me feel a strong dignified, like a man come back from a war's victory. Also, the strong and a pride. Michelangelo shows the man's figure.

I find this website about POW is really great,and it has some cool pictures. Prisoner of war can also says enemy prisoner of war(EPW). Between WWII, the death of POWs were 6 million to 10 million. Germany and Italy treated their prisoner from the British Commonwealth, France, the U.S. The prisoners almost have no food. Fortunately, the Red Cross gives the food packages. German didn't do the same thing to the non- western prisoners. About 1 million prisoners released during the war.

When the Nazi starts to catch her, she was escape on foot over the Pyrenees Mountains into Spain. Her foot is wounded. Wall took great intelligence. After the war, she was awarded by America. She's also the only American civilian female get the DSC.

This website is Wikipedia, and it is great. I take some photos there. Pearl Harbor is in Hawaii. The attack in Pearl harbor by Japan is on December 7, 1941. It brought America to the WWII. At Sunday December 7, 1941, Japan's aircraft and navy attacked. These attack was not surprise, because America already knew about they're planning to attack. However, they didn't discover the target. Therefore, Japan started to attack.

I find this great website, and it has some useful picture. Iroquois is the oldest Native America tribes gathering. First, there are These were the Cayuga, Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, and Seneca. The Tuscarora join in too. When the battle, they side with British. The Huron village who side with France, they're enemy. There's a schism during the American Revolutionary War. Oneida and Tuscarora supported the Americans. After Ameriaca triumph, a group of Iroquois left . Many of the Oneida, Onondaga, Seneca, and Tuscarora stayed in New York. I find this great website of chinese myths. I will tell you some stories. At first, the universe was like a egg. Then, Pan Gu born. When he stretch his body, the earth becomes more thicker. Finally, the sky separated from the earth. After Pan Gu died, his body became mountains and fields, sun, moon and stars, gold, jade, pearls and rocks, rain and dews.

I think this myth mean the beginning of the universe, ancient people didn't know the space. They use their mind to create some stories to make people believe.

The other myth story is "Yi Shoots Down Nine Suns". Yi was a god in the heaven, the emperor of the god sent Yi down to the earth. He need to help people, and he saw ten suns on the sky. He use bow shoot nine suns down, he saved people!

I think this story mean why the sky have one sun, this story have related of their environment. The ancient world is dangeous, so they describe the sun is evil. And they created some hero to help them, it is the cause what they need to create him.

There have the last story I will tell you, is "Chang'e Flies to the Moon". One time, Yi visited to the west of queen. He took some elixir, but Chang'e stole it and flew to the moon. However, she is sad and lone.

The book report of "Charlotte's web"

Summary
Mr. Arable has one daughter Fern and a boy Avery. One day, Mr. Arable’s farm has a runt. He wants to kill it, but his daughter Fern stops him. She loves the pig. She names the pig Wilbur. A few weeks later and Mr. Arable pay some money to Mr. Zuckerman. He is Fern’s uncle. He has a servant, Lurvy. Wilbur goes to their barn to live. Fern usually visits Wilbur. In the barn, he makes friends with a goose, a rat Templeton, an old sheep and his best friend Charlotte. She is a beautiful spider. She watches over Wilbur for a long time. She thinks Wilbur doesn’t know that Mr. Zuckerman is planning to kill him when Christmas comes.

One time, the old sheep accidentally says that at Christmas Mr. Zuckerman may kill Wilbur because it happened many times before. Charlotte doesn’t want Wilbur to die so she spins some words to make Mr. Zuckerman change his mind. She spins the words “Some Pig”, “terrific” and “radiant”. Wilbur becomes famous. Mr. Zuckerman plans to take Wilbur to the county fair. They take Wilbur to the fair. They want Wilbur to win an award. Charlotte also comes to the fair, too. Soon, she will have babies. Also, after she bears the babies, she will die. Charlotte thinks she needs to spin some last words.

The last word is “Humble”. Everybody is looking at that miracle. At night, Charlotte bears the egg sac. She becomes emaciated. The fair is ending so it is time to bestow the awards. Wilbur wins an award! Mr. Zuckerman and Fern’s families are very happy. When they return to the barn, Charlotte says she can’t return. She will die in one or two days. Wilbur saves Charlotte’s babies. In the winter, Mr. Zuckerman doesn’t kill Wilbur because he is famous. When spring comes; the babies come out of the eggs. Three little spiders stay with Wilbur. Wilbur is happy. He will never forget Charlotte! The gray spiders live in the barn with him.

My thought
In this book, I like Charlotte. She is smart. For example, in part ten she has an idea to spin some words in the webs. I like Charlotte a lot! I hate Mr. Zuckerman, because he plans to kill Wilbur. For example, in part sixteen when he is talking with Mr. Arable about killing Wilbur. I think he is crazy.

I like some parts of this book, like that the animals can talk and the little girl Fern understands what they say. That is really cool. For example, in part thirteen, Charlotte is telling stories to Wilbur and Fern knows what she is talking about. She also tells those stories to her parents.

The author of the book “Charlotte’s web” wrote well at the characters are great. And she made animals talk. The author didn’t write well some tiny things. For example, when Charlotte is finding the words she knows what the words mean. Why could Charlotte know these words? If the author had written more about this, this book would have been better.

I love this book’s ending, because the ending touches people’s hearts. For example, in the last part of the book Charlotte dies. However, Wilbur saves her children. I think the end is about what friendship is. Charlotte helps Wilbur and he also helps her. I think this is what friendship is about. This book’s ending is great!

I have a criticism of this book: Why does Fern understand the animal’s language? This book doesn’t talk it about. For example, in the part thirteen Wilbur is talking to Charlotte and Fern knows how they are talking about. The author should explain why she understands while other humans do not.

What I learned
In this book, I learned that animals also have feelings. Maybe if their mother dies, they will be sad. I also learned what friendship is and the truth of people killing animals. Some animals are smart and they know what you are doing, like pigs or cows. If you kill their mother, they know. They will be sad. Animals have feelings! Many people have a bad concept: Humans are the strongest on the Earth. We are not! The animals and humans are equal, so we can’t kill those animals!

When I finished this book, I realized I knew more vocabulary. Now, I know a lot of vocabulary and it helps me to speak English more fluently.

This book is the first English book I’ve read and I think if I read more English books, I can have better English writing skills. Also, I think I can read English books faster.

Have you ever read “Charlotte's Web”? This book is great young adult fiction. The animals in this book are cool and the ending touches people's heart. If you haven't read it, I would suggest this book to you!

It also the Japan culture center.At the world war II American decide to throw the atomic bomb but in the end they throw in other city.The famous people in Kyoto is Hideki Yukawa,he was studying in Kyoto college.He received nobel prize in physics at 1949 years.I found some historical site in Kyoto:In the left picture is Kinkaku-ji temple.In the1220,it was villa of Kintsune Saionji.The other is Daitokuji Temple.That is a small and understated temple.These picture is from Japanese lifestyle website.In Kyoto,you can go to the Kyoto Imperial Palace.It is rebuild in 1855 year.I found things to eat in Kyoto.that is a resturant called Kyoto Palace.It may a famous resturant in Kyoto.You may visit Nijo Castle it was constructed from 1603 to 1626 and it has white stone wall.you can also visit there lake garden.You may visit Kyoto,It has lot of thing to do!

Adair used flying magic. In a few hours he returned to the Elf World. The Elf king, Ray, was happy to see Adair because he had killed Elma.

Then Roy gave him a present. He said that it was special,”If you open it,you’ll be back home.” Adair took the present, then he went back home.

Immediately, Adair got uo, then he wanted to know is he had really went to the Elf World or not.

Then, he saw his bed had a presint on it , so he knew it was all true. He remembered that the Elf king had given him a speacil present.

He opend the present. Suddenly his old door changed into a magic door, so he thought the Elf World needed help again. That night,he dreamed of the Elf King. He told him that the fight hadn’t finished because Elmd’s daughter was a live. “I don’t need your help because her daughter is still young.” Adair thought Elma’s daughter wiould lose eventually because villains always olse. And he thought that if everyboy always acted in the right way, the would be a better place.

Then Adair and Elma started to fight.

Elma used fire that evuptrf fram the ground, There was a lot of fire all around.she used water magic and wind magic,then water again, to attcak Adair. Adair used ice magic, and the sky started to hail, but Elam didn’t get hurt because of the fire magic, which melted the hail.

Elma thought Adair couldn’t win because she just had Elma. He had a heart so Adair realized, he may be defeated.

Then Adair thought about what Baron had taught him. He had said light magic could only be used one time, but if you hit a ghost, that ghost will have a heart again.

Adair used the light magic and all the Ghost castle was broken. Elma also died but Adair used flying magic so he didn’t died.

Elma was dead but Adair hadn’t seem her daughter.

Part three:On the Way to the Ghost Castle
Adair went to the Ghost World,and he sawAbner.Both sides started to fight.Abner could used all the Ghost magic so he drove Adair back.Adair got lost.Then,Abner said he would personally fight Adair.Abner disappeared.Adair sontinued walking to the Ghost castle,then,he saw many ghosts but he easily defeated them.
In a few hours,Adair saw Abner again and both sides started fighting.If one side won,they would gain control of the castle.

During the fight,both side were fighting with stregth,and noone appeared to be winning.then Adair left the battle and kept walking.Adair thought Ghost castle was near because he saw shadaw and he thought Elma and Abner were in it.

In the Ghost castle Elma was hitting Abner because Abner hadn’t killed all the elves,Elma said that he couldn’t kill the elves,he couldn’t be her general.

Adair and his elves walked into the Ghost castle and found Abner waiting for them.Abner said he had been waiting for a long time.He wanted fighted to the finish.

They started fighting.Adair used ice magic but Abner also used that magic,Adair used many kinds of magic,but Abner also knew them so both sides couldn’t win.Adair used a speaci fire magic that looked like ice magic,and Abner fell in to his trap.Then fire surromded Abner and he died.

When Abner died,Adair was so happy but he still needed to defeat Elma because if he didn’t stop her,she wiould find new general and start the advance again.

When Adair had killed Abner, him and hissolders started to enter the Ghost castle bat the Ghost castle was up very high in the moun tains, Adair and the elves walker up the stairs but every floor had many traps by the time they had reached half way, many elves had died.
Soon Adair was all a long, all the elves had died, Adair thought this was the finally the place to fkght, Adair saw Elma and they started to fight.

II Part Two:The Pratise of Magic
In the Elf Castle,Adair started to pratise magic.One day,Baron said he needed to study light magic.He told Adair that the light magic,could only be used one time,but that it could give ghosts a big heart.then,they would feel the way people do.
In a few days,Adair could used the light magic,so Baron gave him a test.If he got a perfect score on that test,Baron would give him a speacil present.In the test,Adair used magic well so he got a perfect.The next day,Baron gave him a present.It looked long and thin,Adair opened the present.It was a long stick.Baron taught Adair how to used it.

In the few days,Adair could use the magic stick well,so he could go to the Ghost World to fight Elma and Abner.He told Roy he wanted to start fighting in the Ghost World,and Roy agreed.So Adair walked to the Ghost World.

In the Ghost castle,Elma was hitting Abner everyday.One day,Elma told Abner that he needed to take a hard test,becausehe was always so stupid.If he did well,he could got a magic ball.Then Abner took the hard test.In the test,Abner needed to fight with Elma’s ghosts,and the ghost could use all the Ghost Magic,so Abner had a difficult to winning.But those ghosts saw Abner was so stupid so they didn’t attack enugh,and in the end Abner won.

Elma gave Abner a high score.Then Abner got the magic ball.Elma taught him how to use that ball and said that the ball would help Abner to use all the Ghost Magic and it would also make his magic much stronger.
In a few wekks,Abner could use more magic and do it more easily so Elma thought it was time to take control of the Elf World.She told Abner that he needed to start their advance into the Elf World.Abner advance to the other world.

Once,long ago,a man named Adair.He wasa monkey person,he always jump around.if he didn’t’ jump,he would get sick.He had a magic door but he didn’t know it.He lived in an old house and there wasn’t many people around,so he didn’t have any friends.One day,he heard a strange sound,it was coming from an oid door.Adair got up and opened the door.Suddenly,Adair disappeared.The next thing he was in a strange world.there weren’t any roads and the houses very tall.Adair saw a man.He was named Baron.He was tall and thin,and he looked like a funny man. Adair asked him. Where is this place? This is the Elf World, and are you Adair? asked Baron” Yes I am.”agreed Adair”we’ve expecting you.The Elf King wants to see you.”said Baron “You should come to the castle with me.”
Baron took Adair to the castle, And Adair saw the Elf King, He was named Roy He has fat and had small eyes,nose,ears,mouth and he didn’t have any hair.The Elf King Roy said “You have got a magic door,is because the magic door though you can helps me to killed the ghost .Another world called the Ghost world wants to conquer our world, so we need stop them,I will have Baron teaches you magic.It will help you to aid us against the Ghost world.”
In the Ghost castle,there was a Ghost Empress.Her mother had died,so she Elma,had become the empress,but she also wanted to control both worlds.The empress Elma doesn’t have a body so if you use your hand to hit her,she didn’t feel it.And she is angry a lot and if she is angry,she always kills elve.Elma was thinking “I need someone to help me conquer the Elf World.I need to find a soldrer.”then Elma used a magic ball to helps her find a soldrer.The magic ball found a ghost. His name was Abner.He didn’t have a body,like Elma,so sometimes people couldn’t see him.Abner could use magic to fight there elve but he was a fool so he usually lost.When Abner went to the Ghost castle,she made him general of the Ghost World.This two ghost started auar,but Abner always failed so Elma started hitting him all the time,soAbner always feels sad.After two weeks,the both side were starting pratise magic.If one side had more magic,they could delete the other.

I had went to saw a movie.this movie is talk about the magic people fight,and in the end,the good site win and bad site dead.this story talks everyboby you need to be not scare about dead because nobody can be life every times.

Today is chiness New Year last day.I went to Pei Pu and Na Liao with my grandmother,sister and my mother.We went to Pei Pu old street to shopping and we eat lunch at there.We had drunk the HAKKA PESTLE CEREAL in there.
When we back to car,we went to Na Liao.We eat fish ball in there,we buy some fish and fish ball,because there fish is delicious.May be today dinner had fish soup.

Today I went to the Tai Pei with my family,aunt,uncle and my cousins.We went to National Place Museum to see mummy,but I didn,t go in to there, because have so many people in there.My mother and sister has go in to there but I just go to there pund to feed the fish with my cousins.
when I back to my cousins house I have went to there part to play slide and seesaw with my cousins ,we play in there in half hour and we back to my cousins house play PSP and watch TV.When my mother and sister com back I was going to my home.

My hobbies is to play baseball and basketball with my sister or cousins.I usually play baseball with my sister in sunday evening. I usually practice to hit ball and my sister is to catch the ball.I also practice to throw the ball and catch the ball.
sometimes when my cousin jack come he will be teaching me how to play the basketball and
some basketball skill.In the past,I had play basketball with my uncle and my cousins.we were playing in my school and I also had play football with jack.He can kick the ball very high but I just can kick very low.I hope can kick the ball very high like jack,so I need to practice more.
